# 파일
이 문서에서는 **리소스 및 컨텍스트** 탭 안의 **파일** 기능을 설명합니다. **파일** 탭에서는 사양서, 설계 문서, 이미지, PDF, 동영상, JSON 데이터 파일, HTML 파일 등 워크스페이스에서 사용하는 파일을 업로드하여 관리할 수 있습니다. 업로드된 텍스트 기반 파일(Markdown, 텍스트, JSON 등)은 AI에 의해 인덱싱되어 AI 어시스턴트나 워크플로 실행 시 참조됩니다. 이미지나 PDF도 워크스페이스 리소스로 저장되어 채팅과 워크플로에서 참조할 수 있습니다. HTML 파일은 파일 상세 페이지에서 미리 볼 수 있습니다.
## 파일 업로드하기
1. 워크스페이스 페이지에서 **리소스 및 컨텍스트** 탭을 선택하십시오.
2. **파일** 탭을 선택하십시오.
3. **파일 업로드**를 클릭하십시오.
4. 다음 중 한 가지 방법으로 파일을 선택하십시오.
* **파일 선택**: 개별 파일을 선택하여 업로드합니다.
* **폴더 선택**: 폴더 안의 파일을 한꺼번에 업로드합니다.
* 대화 상자에 드래그 앤 드롭합니다.
5. 필요에 따라 **레이블**을 설정하십시오.
6. **파일 업로드**를 클릭하십시오.

기존 파일과 같은 이름의 파일을 업로드하면 해당 파일의 새 버전으로 처리됩니다.

동영상 파일은 채팅과 워크플로에서 참조할 수 있으며, AI 어시스턴트의 **동영상 분석** 도구로 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다. 동영상 분석은 조직에서 Google 프로바이더를 사용할 수 있는 경우에 이용할 수 있습니다.

## 파일 표시·검색하기
파일 목록
* 화면 오른쪽 위에서 **목록** 표시와 **그리드** 표시를 전환할 수 있습니다.
* 검색 상자에서 파일 이름으로 검색할 수 있습니다.
* **현재 폴더**와 **모든 파일**을 전환하여 현재 폴더 안만 검색할지, 워크스페이스 전체를 검색할지 선택할 수 있습니다.
* **레이블**에서 하나 이상의 레이블로 좁힐 수 있습니다.
각 파일에는 파일 유형 아이콘, 파일 이름, 레이블, 인덱스 상태, 파일 크기, 형식, 수정 일시, 업로드한 사람 등이 표시됩니다.
## 파일 조작하기
각 파일의 메뉴에서 다음과 같은 작업을 실행할 수 있습니다.
* **버전 기록 확인**
* **새 버전 업로드**
* **버전 이름 변경**
* **이전 버전 복원**
* **다른 폴더로 이동**
* **레이블 편집**
* 텍스트 기반 파일의 **재색인**
* **다운로드**
* JSON 파일의 **Excel로 다운로드**
* **삭제**

재색인은 인덱싱 대상인 텍스트 기반 파일(Markdown, 텍스트, JSON)만 지원합니다.

## 폴더 관리하기
화면 왼쪽의 폴더 트리를 사용하여 파일을 폴더 단위로 정리할 수 있습니다.
* **폴더 만들기**: **새 폴더**를 클릭합니다.
* **폴더 이동하기**: 드래그 앤 드롭하거나 폴더 메뉴에서 이동합니다.
* **폴더 다운로드하기**: 폴더 메뉴에서 ZIP 파일로 다운로드합니다.
* **폴더 삭제하기**: 폴더 메뉴에서 삭제합니다.

폴더를 삭제하면 그 폴더 안의 파일도 모두 삭제됩니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

## 파일 일괄 조작하기
파일 목록에서 1개 이상 선택하면 일괄 작업 바가 표시됩니다.
* **레이블 추가**
* **이동**
* **다운로드**: 선택한 파일을 하나의 ZIP 파일로 다운로드합니다.
* **삭제**
* **선택 해제**
