# Inquiries that may be difficult to support

Some inquiries are difficult to support due to the characteristics of the product or of customer support itself. The following are representative cases.

## Support for AI

Due to the nature of generative AI (large language models), outputs depend on the input information and the AI model used. As a result, outputs may not match expectations, and reproducibility can be difficult to achieve.

Because of these characteristics, the scope of support is limited for inquiries about generated results or the internal workings of the AI models in use, such as output accuracy or tendencies.

## Questions in advanced usage or consulting domains

The following questions in advanced usage or consulting domains are outside the scope of support.

* Creating, tuning, or reviewing prompts or workflows on a customer's behalf to produce specific results
* Assistance with model selection based on customer use cases, or comparative evaluation of multiple models
* Investigation or assistance that takes the contents of customer-specific specifications, source code, or test data connected to Autify Genesis as the working premise

## Inquiries about incidents

When an incident occurs in Autify Genesis, Autify aims to share information promptly and support problem resolution.

The cause of an incident may include information that cannot be disclosed due to security constraints or the constraints of external services in use, so detailed information may not be available.

{% hint style="info" %}
When customer support cannot address an inquiry, [Autify Pro Service](https://autify.jp/products/proservice) on the Autify website may be able to provide support.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.genesis.autify.com/support/out-of-scope.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
